TD series centrifugal pump is a double shell, single suction, multi-stage segmental two end supported structure. TD series centrifugal pump is manufactured in accordance 11th edition API610 standards. The maximum inlet pressure at normal temperature is 5.0 Mpa.
The pump can be repaired without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipe. The pump body is radially split. Shaft seal can adopt various mechanical seals required in API682 standards and the mechanical seal has been standardized.
There are three types of TD series centrifugal pump based on different performance parameter, bearing and lubricating system, which are
1. Combined structure of short cylindrical roller bearing and thrust ball bearing, self-lubrication with thin oil. The structure is simple and installation is convenient. And the center doesn`t need to be adjusted;
2. Combined structure of sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing, self-lubrication with thin oil. Since sliding bearing is self-lubrication, it needn`t lubrication oil station, saving early investment and later maintenance cost;
3. Combined structure of four oil wedge sliding bearing and thrust disc type bearing, self-lubrication with thin oil. It is suitable for working condition with single head over 140m. The technology is mature and operation is stable.
