The D-type low-pressure drainage pump is a single-casing segmented multistage pump. It has following characteristics:
1. The motor for this pump is a common model (revolution is 1480rpm). It is a simple model with relatively low price.
2. The main shaft of rotor part is thicker than conventional shaft diameter. The impeller is fixed at every single stage, which enhances rotor rigidity and precision, reduces wear caused by dynamic and stator friction, achieves stable operation and long use life.
3. Pump cover adopts forge structure, which overcomes molten deficiency of cast steel and is more durable, pressureproof and anti-scouring.
4. The axial balance device of pump rotor adopts balance drum structure. The balance efficiency is close to 100%. This balance device is added with axial clearance damping, which increases operation reliability. The dynamic and static parts do not contact each other in the axial and radial directions, which improves the rotor's operating sensitivity and adapts to the pump's speed regulation operation and instantaneous vaporization state operation.
5. The radial bearing is a sliding bearing, the pump has good running stability and low noise.
6. The shaft seal uses a mechanical seal that has been tested for more than 20 years of operation and has a reliable service life.
7. The pump is fully monitored (pressure, pressure difference, temperature, minimum flow, etc.) with a high degree of automation.
8. Strict rotor dynamic balancing (G2.5 level) and factory performance testing.
