The DG single shell boiler feedwater pump is a horizontal single shell centrifugal pump. Both its suction inlet and discharge outlet are arranged vertically upwards. The pump body is horizontally supported along the centerline, with drainage and heating pump pipelines located below the pump body. The axial force generated during pump operation is balanced by double balance drums, and any remaining axial force is supported by angular contact ball bearings or thrust segment at the non-drive end.
The DG single shell boiler feedwater pump is suitable for boiler feedwater pumps in medium, intermediate pressure and high-pressure thermal power generation unit ranging from 12 to 150MW. The DG single shell boiler feedwater pump is used to convey high temperature deaerated and desalted boiler feedwater and can also be used for water supply systems in industrial applications.
