Currently we are actively carrying out the intelligent transformation and upgrade. Digital transformation is a revolutional measure to promote enterprise structure to change business mode, organisational structure, corporate culture, etc by use of digital technology (i.e. big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence). The digital transformation of an enterprise is essentially a strategic business transformation driven by digitalization. It not only demands the implementation of information technology, the overall enterprise digitalization, the creation of experience which meets customer individual needs and expections, but also involves corporate organizational reform, including personnel and finance, input-output, knowledge and ability, and whether or not corporate culture can accept or adapt to this transformation. It is not just a digital reform of corporate business and strategy, but also a transition or even overturn of way of thinking.
